Country Lane Community Association is a 271 unit single family home community in Aurora, near the corner of E Iliff Ave and S Telluride St, tucked next to Rangeview High School and Vassar Elementary School.
Dues per month are $75 per home for 2021 & 2022. Those monies cover Community Pool and Clubhouse, Perimeter Community Fence, Home Trash/Recycle Collection, and Landscaping & Snow Services to East Iliff Ave., South Telluride St., and Vassar Street.
The Board of Directors and ACC (Architectural Control Committee) meet on the third Tuesday each month at 7pm at the Pool House (Currently via Zoom Virtual Meetings during COVID Pandemic).
