There are two projects.
The pipe you see running along the far side of the creek is being used to
redirect storm sewer flow while work is done on the drainage system. Here
is a website that talks about the contractor who is installing the Cured In

The second project which was to dredge Hutchinson Pond has
turned into and excavation project because of the amount of debris in the
pond. Currently they are draining the pond.
